Ball Dropping animation is fun and easy to understand from consumers.

However, app is capped at 150k impressions at $50/month.
App is being shown on every page except cart page.
App design resets everytime you log into the backend.
Support is close to being unresponsive.
Exporting of data is capped at 1000 only.
Promo codes cannot be created uniquely.

Hopefully they can fix the above, so we can use it again.

With respect, we replied to every single question you made - and you did email us many times. All of them were replied.
The last request was about translation which we do not currently support.
The other concerns were never presented.
