Outstanding customer support.
I originally reached out because I was having trouble getting a popup to display correctly on mobile. After spending a lot of time trying to figure it out myself, Ben took over my case and made a huge difference.
He was patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping solve the problem. Rather than giving generic responses, he took the time to investigate the issue, test solutions, and make adjustments until everything was working exactly as expected.
The final result looks great, and thanks to Ben’s help I now have a solid popup template that I can reuse throughout my website.
It’s refreshing to find support that is this responsive and committed to helping customers succeed.

Started using this app for spin a wheel. without notification, they removed the campaign from spin a wheel to subscription model and now they dont even have spin a wheel option. Giving 2 stars coz while using this app my store started to gain more conversions!
