PO Simple brings supplier purchase orders and low-stock replenishment into your Shopify admin. Create suppliers, add product variants, calculate totals, generate PDFs, and email purchase orders. Set reorder thresholds by variant; when inventory runs low, PO Simple prepares draft purchase orders for review. Duplicate protection avoids repeated drafts. When deliveries arrive, confirm received quantities to update the selected Shopify location. Suppliers are never emailed without your action.
