The clothing is great but the printing is terrible, the shipping time is terrible and the customer service is even worse. I would avoid. im in the process of talking to shopify directly about this app to try and get my sample order money back and customer service on the app keep disconnecting.

Please allow us to explain the situation: our printing process uses DTG (Direct-to-Garment) technology. The designs you uploaded to our website are in RGB format, while our printing equipment operates in CMYK format. During the conversion from RGB to CMYK, there are inherent differences between the two color models, making slight color variations unavoidable. This is a technical limitation of the industry as a whole and not an issue specific to our service. To help mitigate this, we always recommend customers order a sample to verify the actual print outcome before placing bulk orders.
Regarding your refund request, our customer service team has evaluated it in accordance with our after-sales policies. However, the request exceeds their authority. Our team made efforts to escalate the issue and seek a resolution on your behalf. Unfortunately, further communication was declined on your end, which has left us unable to assist you more effectively.

This POD company is the best one i've found. Compared to other company, this one has clothing that actually looks good and doesn't feel cheap. The branding options are also amazing. The only thing is sometimes the shipping can be a while, and faster shipping options for cheaper would be better, but most of my customers either don't mind waiting or get it fast enough. Definitely recommend for a clothing brand.
I have been using them for a little over 2 years. I launched my brand with them. Here are the key takeaways:
- Quality: unparalleled. You won't find any better anywhere else.
- Shipping: Takes very long, that is the downfall of POD from China though. You can opt for faster shipping but it is very expensive.
- Customer service: Depends on your issue. For lost/returned packages they can be helpful (they won't respond after hours/weekends and holidays). for quality issues I've had some problems. There were shorts with a hole in them and they didn't issue a refund and told me to ask the customer to sew them.
Customer service has been getting better through the years but compared to other POD providers they have long ways to go.
- Integration: No issues.
- Product lineup: Most items are oversized. Regular fit items are very few and lower quality but the oversized items have outstanding quality.
Would love to see more diversity like jackets, hats, beanies, regular fit sweatshirt etc..
Overall, I gave them 4 stars and not 5 because of the customer service issues (slow to respond, not always available, rarely fix quality issues with a refund) but if you are starting your brand and want great quality, this is for you.
Quality and printing is amazing
Not sure why the fellow below says it's the worst terrible POD company because I just had a very pleasant experience. I personally ordered samples before working with them and just received my orders, and I have to say the quality of the textile used is very high-end, way higher than other suppliers I have been using. Both the quality of the DTG and embroidery are also very good. Shipping was very fast too...
Great service! My customers were very happy with the quality. My only semi-negative feedback is that they should really work on expanding their portfolio of products. Currently feels very limited.
Doesn't work, I've linked several products but when the customer places an order it doesn't work and blocks the checkout.

This app is absolutely AWESOME! They have affordable high-quality products and the fulfillment is super fast! They are still brand new, so there are still a lot of things they need to add, but I'm sure they will make this even better over time! They are based in China, but shipping rates are actually more affordable than US shipping rates. lol As it is right now, it's pretty good! They do have pros, as well as a few cons. Pros: - Affordable

- Branding neck prints (only on the shirts)
- Nice products
- Fast fulfillment Cons: - Based in China (Probably the biggest concern if you're in the US)
- Small product catalog (will add more products in the future)
- Can't put any neck prints on hoodies/sweaters as of right now
- Ships from China, so there's no white-labeling (hopefully this changes)
- Only 1 decoration which is DTG Despite the Cons, this company has big potential! Also, all of their products are that oversized Chinese/Japanese streetwear style. I would only use this company if you want that kind of style. Maybe they will add other products that aren't oversized in the near future, but as of now GREAT company! Oh! customer service is pretty good! I haven't experienced anything unusual as of yet. The Time zone is completely different from the US, and their website interface is pretty decent. It needs a bit of work, but overall really easy to understand and navigate.

Stay far away from this app. We have been waiting for our product samples for over 1 month and still have yet to receive anything. Not to mention they also refuse refunds. Not sure why shopify still has this in their app center.
