I installed this app 18 days ago and have heard nothing from you.
It seems my experience is like that of a few other merchants here.
I have applied twice and heard nothing. Why do you have to apply? With other apps it is a simple task of installing and away you go.
I have also emailed you asking what the typical timeline is and heard nothing.
Your website and Shopify admin state merchants will receive an email once the account is accepted. This implies all accounts will be accepted. If you do not accept all applications, perhaps your wording needs to be along the lines of "if your application is accepted."
If you have a specific criteria, perhaps it would be helpful to state that in the app store and on your website. That way, you save merchants time by letting them know whether they should bother applying or not.
The app works fine, anytime we ran into a problem we got fast and efficient customer support. All the clothes are premium quality, we’ve created custom high-performance apparel and it has exceeded our expectations.
Apparently, they do not want new stores signing up. I have been trying to gain access and have contacted support twice with ZERO response. I even emailed them on their main website. Again, ZERO response.
DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP! THEY WILL NEVER APPROVE OR OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT. Wasted my time with them! 0/10.
