The Portalink AnyOrder App was easy to set up and is making a big difference to our day-to-day operations. We now manage our email and PDF orders as efficiently as online orders, all within our Shopify Administration panel - a single channel for our CS Team and a single information channel for our customers. Removing the toil of manual order entry has saved us time, reduced errors and freed us up to focus on our customers. These are exactly the outcomes we are seeking.
