POS Cafe: Coffee Shops & QSR

POS Cafe has been exceptional to work with. We have a retail store, bistro and website fulfillment business. For this reason, we opted for Shopify to be able to manage our inventory in one place. Initially, POS Cafe integrations were limited. This made promotions and running data reports difficult. We were not able to print to our kitchen printers initially either. I reached to POS Cafe and explained what we were in need of. They were responsive and worked diligently to make upgrades and find solutions. Today, POS Cafe prints to multiple printers, we can run sales reports easily and we recently found out it also integrates with a rewards program. We launched Shopify and POS Cafe 9 months ago. The printers were integrated and printing within 2 months and the reports were available within 8 months. I highly recommend POS Cafe.

First and foremost, the POS Cafe app is an excellent add-on for any coffee business.

We started our coffee business as a small micro-roaster selling our coffee beans on our Shopify-based website. When the time came to start selling drinks from a coffee trailer this app was the key to tying in our existing Shopify store with a fully functional POS system. We love the functionality to add modifiers and setting up the system is seamless. The online ordering option works very well with a WiFi printer and they are working on improving the functions as I write this review.

Adam and Carmel are absolutely amazing, have excellent values, and are ALWAYS responsive and friendly, even if our problems are self-caused :) Despite the time zone difference, they are receptive to our needs as app-users and solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

If you are on the Shopify platform and have a cafe, this app is an amazing tool for ringing in any product with modifiers. Great, timely support by the developers, they will ensure you are 100% set up and are quick to respond when you have issues/questions with shopify.. Easy to tie into your KDS or ticket printer, makes notes on orders, etc.
