It tracks each SKU's sales rate at each location from your inventory changes, then factors in stock on hand, incoming stock, vendor lead times, safety stock, and case packs. Items are grouped by vendor, so each group can become one purchase order you import into Shopify. Email and Slack alerts tell you when something needs ordering, so you don't have to keep checking.
