Postbag connects your Shopify store to your Royal Mail Click & Drop account. When an order is paid, Postbag creates the matching Click & Drop order with the customer's address, every line item with its SKU, quantity and weight, your chosen package format, and any customer note. Ship from Click & Drop as usual. Mark the order dispatched and the tracking number comes back, the Shopify order is fulfilled and your customer notified. A sync log shows every order, with one-click resend.
