Easy to use and really good customer service.
I installed Powr Form Builder in my store and it's a great app, it is completely customizable. So far so good, it will be better if there is a 24-hour online customer service chat button

nice format , great and easy to install, highly recommend makes my contact page look really professional.
I used this app to help me build a contact us form. It was easy to use, and to setup. More importantly, it works! The contact forms are sent to my email, great app! Currently I am only using the free part of the app, and considering upgrading as the features look quite nice.
