I have had great experiences with support. I received a response very quickly. It was taken care of quickly and my problem was successfully solved.
It's a great app. We stopped sending surveys out a while ago so we had to cancel but if you are using surveys it does everything you need it to do. The Customer service on the app is also great they answer all your questions quickly with no hassle. Richcarde was amazing!
