SO far, so good! It is making it easier for my online customers to get small pieces of info quickly and that's really good for them.
This app embedded copy to incorrect locations on our site while publishing. The errant copy was inaccessible via the Shopify CMS, and required that we hire a software developer to remove it. We sought assistance of the Support team however they dragged their heals for days, and then "escalated" the ticket. Meanwhile, nothing happened. Beware of this app, and developer.

POWr apps are such an easy way for people who are not familiar with HTML coding to make their website look more professional without paying a web designer.
Nice layout and easy to use. I like how you can make the design custom for your website. Highly recommend. Customer service is very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I understood how the app worked.
Super easy to use. Up and running on any page in minutes. I would give it 5 stars if the app cost could be billed through Shopify. Having separate accounts to remember to update when you get a new card it kind of a pain.
Absolutely loving it! Super easy to customise and it makes the site looks super tidy yet customer is still able to find relevant information for themselves! Highly recommended!
