One of the WORST expierences ive had with an APP, CHARGED ME $50AU dollars for using it for 1 hour, hating its designs and now they are refusing to refund me after calling me aliar saying they dont offer a 1 day free trial even though its all over there sign up page. I will be taking this further and reporting these people for false advertising

This app... I don't even know how to review it it was so bad. They charge a lot of money for an app to create GARBAGE posts. I mean.... my store is called The Knickknack Shack and the product I selected was Micellar Cleansing Water 200 ml. This is what the AI gave me: "I'm so excited to try the LUXE Sample of Snoezelen Cleanser!" Where the heck did that even come from??? This app is garbage.

Hello, We had already communicated on chat that we had an issue due to which the product name was not picked up. And hence the AI made a post like that. As was mentioned, We are fixing it, and it should be done in a few hours.
