Sell custom products. Shoppers configure, see their price, and check out. Design to fit your store.

Some products can't be sold as a list of variants. A blind is ordered by width and height, a door by size, colour and handle, a print by material and frame. Pretty Product Options adds those questions to the product page and prices each answer as the shopper picks it, including prices worked out from the measurements they enter. The configured price goes through Shopify's own cart and checkout, so orders arrive complete and you don't need Shopify Plus.

Price by size: the price is worked out from the measurements a shopper enters.
Show a question only when it applies, based on what the shopper already chose.
Offer answers as swatches, photos or cards, with tooltips explaining each one.
Send a quote a customer can pay from a link when they need a price agreed first.
Orders arrive with the full specification, ready for the workshop or your ERP.

We use PPO to power our product pages. It gives us way more flexibility than other options apps, with a full API that allows us to create custom quotes from our own CRM (and make changes programmatically too - our AI system can do design too for us that syncs with the app). It also allows us to connect a 3D visualizer that syncs up with the options the user selects. Everything we do runs through this app, and although it is intimidating at first, it gets simple to use once you get the hang of it.

The saved carts feature is a big deal to us since out customers spend days and sometimes weeks configuring their products before they buy and they need a way to save them. It also allows us to go in and see what they have built and add to it when needed. No other app offers this.

What would normally be a 5 figure build with a developer is only a small monthly fee, could not be more grateful.
