PDQ has been an excellent partner for our growing business. Their customer support team is responsive and genuinely helpful, with Slack support that makes communication fast and easy. They don’t just react to issues—they offer ideas and proactive planning to help set brands up for success. PDQ is the best shipping software we’ve found that allows us to add and accurately ship unlimited SKUs as we scale, while making it incredibly easy to manage shipping and checkout options. Integrations with our store and customer service portal were quick and seamless. They’re constantly improving the platform to make things better for our team—and most importantly, for our customers. PDQ offers a solid product backed by a responsive, knowledgeable support team. Their tools have assisted us in running A/B tests at checkout and enable delivery scheduling for our customers on time sensitive products.
