I am thrilled to share my team’s exceptional experience using PDQ!
We sell everything you need to make the highest quality coffee.
A large portion of our revenues comes from loyal customers, and much of this repeat business is generated via marketing incentives and perks. We searched for a platform that could help us leverage our VIP program in conjunction with a multi-location operation, but could not find a tool that could support all of our needs - until we discovered PDQ.
PrettyDamnQuick is the ultimate checkout-to-delivery platform. The combination of their smart and powerful checkout capabilities combined with multi-location and smart automations provides a personalized checkout experience for each of our customers. The capability to automatically select the closest inventory location to the customer enables significant cost and time savings for the whole team.
The bottom line is PDQ gave us a more efficient and profitable operation with happier customers.
I can’t overstate the positive impact PDQ has had on our business. It has revolutionized our fulfillment process and enabled us to increase our revenues significantly in a very short time. Every Shopify business should seriously consider PDQ to optimize revenues and save costs.

The PDQ team dialed up our revenues in a few different ways. Possibly the most impactful was enabling express shipping to our California customers, then helping us make that express option more desirable to increase its selection. California is our biggest and most loyal customer segment and they absolutely love getting their goods super-quickly. The effect this had on our shipping profits has been huge.
Lastly, PDQ helped us connect our store to show UPS access points in our checkout, enabling us to offer a pickup option to customers instead of shipping to their doorstep. Some of our customers really love this.
All in all, it’s a no-brainer. If you have a chance to work with them, do it. Thanks guys!

PrettyDamnQuick is a major upgrade from our previous tools. All of our delivery options are in one place and we use PDQ's automations to save hours of work per week (which is huge for our small-but-growing team). We ship wine all over the country and when it comes to local delivery in NYC, PDQ has integrated seamlessly with our courier's platform to provide our customers the best experience possible. New features are added every 2-3 weeks that are easy to pick-up and immediately implement. Additionally, PrettyDamnQuick has the best support team that is always willing to develop and customize to our needs. We highly recommend PrettyDamnQuick for any business looking to tremendously streamline their shipping processes!
