I downloaded this app when it was available for free to try it out. While I didn’t find it especially intuitive or easy to use, I figured it was worth a quick look. I thought I had canceled it afterward, but since it was free at the time, I didn’t pay much attention.
Recently, while reviewing my Shopify bill, I noticed I’d been charged monthly for the app. I’m not exactly sure when those charges began, and I accept that I should have caught it earlier. However, I don’t recall receiving any kind of notification that a paid plan had started.
Just a heads-up to others—make sure to double-check your subscriptions and billing settings. There are other options out there that may be easier to use and more transparent about pricing.
Hi there, just to clarify our pricing - we offer a 100% free plan as well as free trials on paid plans.
One detail that I would like to make clear is that our app will not charge merchants who have not approved the amount shown when beginning the free trial. Shopify does not allow apps to do that.
It works great but the price is just too expensive. It was free at first which I guess now was done to attract customers but then they started billing high. There are other apps offering unlimited changes for a whole year for what this app is billing per month. Just kind of frustrating
I did all the work to get the prices to change and it sent me an email indicating the prices were changed in my shop, but none of them were changed. I could not find suitable help for this issue as the email for support did not work. cancelling
