Edit: I was refunded after I contacted them. Though they did send me like 7 emails (1 a day) asking me to take the review down after the refund; so make of that what you will.

Edit: Just to clarify, we not only reached out the first time but multiple times after but there was only a response to our initial message. We wanted to ensure any confusion was cleared up. In your case, you were charged because you had the plan active past the free trial date. As with all apps, Shopify automatically charges you once the free trial ends. We hope this clears up any confusion and if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
I can't even cancel the free trial ! Like it won't even let me do it, its def a scam
Hi, this is surprising. From our emails, it seems like we had addressed all your concerns and we also provided instructions on how to cancel the free trial. Could you let us know what went wrong. Please respond to our email, we would love to resolve this.
This app caused issues during setup. My variant options were not displaying, but after disabling the app, they appeared again. I'm now switching to a different app.
Hi, we are sorry to hear that there was some confusion during the setup. There is an option in the settings that allows you to hide or show the variant choices. It is set to be on by default because a majority of users prefer this option and we want to make the setup as quick and straightforward as possible. SCAMMERS, THEY TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT ME USING THE APP, I HAD ANOTHER ONE INSTALLED AND ACTIVE. I CONTACTED THEM TRYING TO CANCEL NIGHTS BEFORE MY FREE TRIAL ENDED. NO ANSWER, I EMAILED THEM ASKING FOR A REFUND AND DELETING MY ACCOUNT AND DATA, NO RESPONSE. SCAMMERS TRYNA ROB US FOR $15. CHEAP MF SCAMMERS.
Hi, there seems to be some miscommunication. You have used the free trial once and when using the app a second time, Shopify automatically billed you. We have sent you multiple emails to try and clarify the situation and to address any concerns you may have. If you have not received these messages, please check your spam folder or your invoice. We apologize for any frustration and confusion this may have caused.
I have several stores and the app worked great until this last store. Completely greys out the variants if it isn't available in the selected size or color and won't let you choose any other available options at all. Extremely frustrating. Tested this out in my other store and the problem is not there at all. Don't know what to do to get rid of this bizarre bug except disable the app completely which I've done and it immediately corrected the issue. Show variants IS SELECTED ALREADY, so that is not the issue. Please help! Email at jim_unltd@yahoo.com
Hi, we are sorry for any confusion and have reached out to resolve this issue. For clarification, our variant selectors follow Shopify's inventory rules. If there is no stock and the variant is not allowed to be sold past it's inventory, the variant will be disabled. We look forward to your response!

I have my store in 2 languages, what now? I can nowhere find a solution to have two bundles in two different languages
