Been using this app for a while now, make sure to watch the tutorial video, once you understand how to truly utilise this app you'll understand why its a 5 star app. It has everything you need and the support is quick and efficient. My very minor issue was solved within 20 minutes of messaging the team.
It was a very good and free program to generate options with variations without using variations. But it is very bad that they are charged without any information.
Very poor experience – issues not resolved, no support at all
The app doesn’t work properly. Even after deleting product groups, they still appear on the site.
There is zero response from support – I’ve sent multiple emails and never received a single reply.
We’re on the highest subscription plan, and yet products are either not added at all or get duplicated within the same group.
Extremely disappointing.
