Primer has been one of the most impactful tools we’ve added to our Shopify stack. We were looking for a way to drive engagement without just discounting products, and Primer solved that cleanly. The ability to let customers use loyalty points for sweepstakes entries completely changed how we think about promotions. Instead of burning margin, we’re increasing participation, clearing liability, and creating real excitement around our brand. Setup was straightforward, and everything is controlled in one place, rules, entry costs, caps, and eligibility. The audit trail and export functionality also give us confidence that everything is clean and defensible when it comes time to draw a winner. What stands out most is how flexible it is.
