Amazing customer service and really versatile app that is helping our customers customize our products - and it's super easy to set-up!

I really like the idea but it takes too long to save the design, you can only upload photos of 2mb or less and it does not convert the photos, so it is difficult for someone to upload a photo with the quality of cell phones now that normally have more of 2 mb. I like how easy it is to install on the products and that it is free. I know it could work a lot for me if these problems are solved. it's a great idea.

I had been looking for an app that we could use for our online clients to use in designing their printed items and this is perfect! I can specify which products to add it to and then it doesn't affect the pricing modules that I had already worked so hard on.
When a customer uses this designer and places an order the file doesn't come through clear or as large as specified. I can't specify the bleeds.
I have emailed multiple times and at first was getting responses but now I am not.

1. It can't be used by Mac, only support Windows.
2. When share to Social Media, it don't share to Social media, just let the Design board back to Product Page and show a very small design board .
3. Downlaod PDF fail.
4. Mobile use unfriendly.
5. If we can upload our element, that's perfect.

Great products, fast loading, clean interface, user friendly and excellent customer support that is always there to address and resolve any customer's concern or problems. They are committed to constantly updating the app and making it better.

I have been using this app for several months. Although I'm not using all the features that the app offers, I must say that it works perfectly. The design and usability are fantastic and it has the best responsive mode. The developers have put a lot of work and effort into this product and have taken into account many details that are really practical when configuring the products. They also helped me with some problems that came up while I was testing. That's why I can't more than strongly recommend this plugin and I hope it will receive many good updates in the future.
