About Printrooster Order Printing
Use your own rules to print orders
Create print buttons with your own rules to print exactly the orders you want to print with customizable rules and order templates. You can include or exclude orders to be printed with the rules you choose to add. Here are some examples how you can use rules to sort orders to be printed:
- By customer location
- By shipping zone
- By shipping method title
- By tags in order
- By the amount of orders from the customer
- By fulfilment or order status
- By payment status
- By orders including certain line item properties (e.g. pre-sale products & products with customizations)
- For customers with certain tags (e.g. Wholesale, VIP, Blacklist)
Combine the rules the way you want. You can also create different order templates for different print buttons (different kind of template for repeat customers, customers with different location etc.), or use the same template across the print buttons.
You can choose not to print already printed orders, so you can forget accidental double printing. Of course you can print orders again, if needed, too.
Unlimited order templates with easy editing
With our simple and easy template editor you can create beautiful order templates in just a few clicks! Display logo, extra fields like savings, barcodes and more. Add custom content and fully translate the templates without coding! For those who want to take customization further, there's an additional CSS editor, too.
Tag printed orders automatically
You can configure each button to give certain tags to orders when the orders are printed out.
Print picking lists
You can choose to print picking lists of the products in the printed orders to help you pick up the products from your warehouse.
Sort orders and products
You can sort orders to be printed manually with the printing buttons and also automatically by the amount of products and the SKU's within the orders. Many Shopify merchant uses product SKU's as the warehouse location information. You can sort the products within one order template or even sort all the printed orders in each print batch!

This app does printing like no other. Took me ages to find an app with this functionality and it would have been a nightmare without it. Support has been incredible too!
I reached out directly to Printrooster with a list of very specific needs for my order forms to feature and the team have been exceptional at resolving each of them. They have been quick to respond and have gone the extra mile to find a solution for me. Thank so much Printrooster, all your expertise and assistance really has made a huge difference to help me integrate my new ecom store with my existing one and the efficiencies this will create for us are invaluable. I can't recommend Printrooster enough - I urge you to get in touch as the team will be happy to help. Thanks guys!
Amazing App! I had previously used an app for printing dispatch notes which I thought was good, but this app blows it out the water. The staff are so helpful and helped us transfer over our designs and were able to add a few cool extra features. I definitely think this will be a game-changer and will save hours upon hours at our busy times of the years! Its great you tag printed dispatch notes so you can be confident all orders are currently in production, without having to worry you might of missed one.
