Extremely misleading experience.
The app reported add-to-carts and checkout activity that did not appear in Shopify analytics, visitor recordings, or abandoned checkouts.

The dashboard gives the impression of campaign performance without providing real transparency into traffic sources or actual Meta ad data.

Based on our experience, the reported metrics did not appear trustworthy.

You probably found this from a TikTok ad, but beware: this app is a scam. When you make sales, they don't release your payouts. They force your money into "reinvestment" and then it completely disappears from your account with ZERO transaction history.

Even worse, they unreasonably deduct your money. I turned off all my campaigns and they still drained my account. I lost over $500 to this trap. Don't bother emailing customer support either, because they will never reply. Do not download this app!

Thank you for raising these concerns, and we're sorry for the experience.

After taking another look at the account, we agreed that the additional charges shouldn't have happened the way they did. We've already issued a refund directly to the original payment method, which should land within 1-3 business days.

On the payout and reinvestment point: when an account is in a negative balance at the time of a scheduled payout, the payout is automatically applied toward clearing the negative balance rather than going to the bank. This is part of how the system is currently designed, but we recognize it isn't communicated clearly enough up front, and that's a fair criticism. We're actively working on clearer transaction history, balance tracking, and payout visibility within the platform so every charge and movement is fully transparent in real time.

On the support point: we receive a high volume of messages and replies can sometimes take longer than they should.

Please reply directly to this thread or contact support again if you have any remaining concerns and we will respond personally.

Sincerely apologize for the original experience and genuinely appreciate the feedback. We're using it to make the platform better.
