To be honest, it’s crazy that this app only has two reviews. If you ship to the US at volume, this app can save you thousands of hours.
The team behind it responds to emails quickly, and they were honestly great at resolving the minor issues we had at the start. We’ve been using the app for a few months now, and I can confidently say it’s a 100% recommendation from us.
To be completely fair, the app does have some minor flaws, but for us it’s been very manageable. After we finish buying labels, we log in, adjust the few shipments that weren’t sent properly, and it takes about five minutes a day. That’s compared to the few hours we used to spend manually creating FDA Prior Notice documents for each product in each order.
It saved us so much time that we moved the employee who was responsible for FDA Prior Notice to a different department. He hated making them anyway, so don’t worry — no employees were harmed in the making of this review.
This app is giving me a lot of trouble...the majority of the prior notices I send go through to the FDA with all the requisite info, except the products!
I have spent countless hours since installing this app troubleshooting it, and for 75% of the notices I sent, I had to manually redo them...making the entire point of this app somewhat questionable for me.
Support is only by email...they are trying to help, but some responses take a couple days, and they are suggesting that this problem is only happening to me which I find hard to believe but I am still holding out hope to get this sorted, at which point I'll update this review, but for now it's hard for me to give it anything other than 1 star.
