After sitting down and working with your team - I SUPER appreciate their help on a Sunday! The app still doesn't bundle the way I was told it does when I got it. I opted to go with another app that has more flexibility, more docs, and is at a lower price point. I understand you all usually work with enterprise clients, at that scale an onboarding call is likely appropriate. For SMB, an app should be able to onboard without having to schedule a call. That would be more of my time spent to find out this app doesn't do what I am looking for, in that time I can get another app set up and running.
