This app is worse than useless. It's a scam. The creator of the app, David Akerman, scammed me on other fraudulent services, joinmbclub.com, installed this app on my shop, and then wouldn't refund when requested. I haven't found another app even close to this price, and the output is basically nothing. Akerman is also the founder of the fraudulent Kickstarter campaign, Wonderspray ("portable butt shower"), that scammed people out of $330,000+.
I reported it to shopify several times; I don't know why they aren't protecting shops and removing this app.
This is a fraudulent merchant that has scammed multiple Shopify partners and apps in an attempt to get free services after using them. The founder John Tolton has been reported by multiple companies already along with his store. We're sorry to hear you had a poor experience with the app - but you've been using it for months and only came up with reasons to attempt to get money back after receiving the service/app for months on end. Also, our team has reached out multiple times in regards to your requests and we didn't hear anything back directly.
This App is of no use, just an extra charge. Please cancel this subscription.
Been testing Priya for a few weeks, and it's been a helpful addition to my Shopify store. The AI pricing suggestions are smart and save me a lot of time compared to adjusting prices manually. I like that it tracks product performance and helps optimize pricing based on real data. The dashboard is clean, easy to understand, and the setup was straightforward. It's a great tool for anyone looking to improve profit margins without constantly monitoring prices. Looking forward to seeing even more features in future updates!
