Excellent app and outstanding support

We use Product Auction Pro for our weekly art auctions, and it gives us exactly the auction functionality we need: a professional bidding experience, bidder notifications, and a clear way to feature the current auction on our Shopify store.

What really stands out is the support. Jeffrey was exceptionally responsive and took the time to help us get the featured auction display configured properly for our site. That level of personal help is rare and very much appreciated.

We've been using this for a while now and it works great. The support though, is incredible. Any time we need ANYTHING, we get help right away and it exceeds our expectations. I can't recommend this app enough.

Very responsive support and appreciate the API endpoint for headless capability. I like how styling the app's widgets is integrated into Shopify's native sections and blocks.

This is an incredible app that does exactly what it sets out to do. It allows stores to easily set up and run auctions and has every feature we could want for leveraging that type of sales channel.

Auction Pro was easy to install and integrate.

There's clear step by step instructions on everything from creating to fulfilling auctions.

The only small downside is the slight restriction on design customisation(althought this is being addressed in future updates).

Auctions are easy to schedule, and the duplication feature makes it easy to set up multiple similar items in a short space of time.

Perhaps most importantly, the support is top notch. Jeffrey answers any questions I might have in a quick and friendly manner, and is always willing to take on ideas on how to improve the app.

Customer support very quick and helpful! Recommended

Had some difficulty in the beginning, but the dev was super responsive and helped us get everything running correctly.

This is my second time using the app I loved it the 1st time around and it is even better the 2nd! It does everything I need and Jeffery's customer support can not be beat!
