i was charged 4 months for junk this people, took my money $120 when i only used it during the 7 days free trial and ask one of their agents to cancel it
the app is terrible for auctions, doesnt even have interval time in between products, the only option is to list all of them at the same time.
also, good look trying to reach them, this app was advertised as a USA product not Asian country INDIA, so i had to setup an alarm at 1am to talk to an agent.
the app doesnt even allow you to list in bulk like ebay you have to watch youtube videos to understand their nonsense WOWWW csv files that if you're not familiar with it, is over! im disputing this charges right now
i need a full refund of $120 because i only tried to used for not more than 2 weeks

However, Please be informed that: This statement “when I only used it during the 7 days free trial and ask one of their agents to cancel it” is not correct. There is surely some miscommunication here. We checked all the support tickets & We received your request for canceling the subscription of the app on 29th January only and our team responded with the process of cancellation within approx 1 and half hours.
Even app cancellation/un-installation is something which we don’t have any control. This is something, Merchants need to manage from their Shopify store only.

App does exactly what it says it will do and runs well but is far behind being a viable app for those who want to auction products in volume.
1. App creators could improve greatly by removing the retail price from auction listed products. Having both the retail price and the auction starting price is confusing to bidders and I have seen an increase in my bounce rate since installing the app. I would rather see just the auction price and not the retail price on the auction items.
2. Having to manually enter the bid increment rate for each listing is very redundant. Developers could work on improving the redundant tasks to make converting a product to an auction listing faster and easier.
3. A relist button for items that have ended without a bid would be great to see.
4. The very small line of text for the auction link does not make finding auction items easy.
There are many improvements that can be made to the app but this being said I will keep running with the app "as is" in hopes that they will make improvements to it to make the app operate like a real auction app.
I noticed the price for this app has recently increased from $14 to $30 per month. at $14 with the limitations in functionality it is a fair price, but Webkul seriously needs to improve the app beyond its simple capabilities before I would be willing to fork over $30 a month for it.
Great app, the team was really helpful and they were able to fix our issue straight away. Would definitely recommend.

After testing all three auction apps available in Shopify's app store, I found Product Auction to be the best. As many of the reviews indicate, the developer's support was needed to run the app. They gave me great support to fix the issues that were probably theme related. It would be even much greater if the setup manual was more detailed, especially for the front end configuration. Editing code is often very tricky and the liquid files and templates vary depending the theme used. Some of the customization can be easily and safely done by Online Store 2.0 features. If you encounter any issues when installing the app that you find difficult to resolve on your own, please do not hesitate to ask developer's support. They are highly skilled and talented and can provide you with solutions.

Used this app for a week during the trial. It worked great, then it stopped working and emailed support several times without any response. They continued to charge $30/month and never got anything done. I would love to get it working again but until support gets back to me, I can't recommend using this app at all.

Also you added the app on August 30th and removed it on 16th November, this is why you have been charged, as the trail period is for 7 days.
