The theme we're using differs in terms of the backend files required to modify in order to setup Product Auction, however, with some speedy help of Webkul's Customer Service, we were able to get the code added to the site and everything working very quickly! So far the app seems to provide all the functionality that we were looking for, will update once we've used the app for some time, but all in all, everything has gone as smooth as could be asked for.
I was running into trouble while setting up the Auction APP. The "Auto Inject Code" button gave me an Error message, and the code templates and lines I found in my settings differed from the instructions' screenshots, so I could not follow them.
I contacted them and their support technician did an excellent job and set it all up for me. I had to do nothing.
A few days latter I decided to install a different theme. I run into the same trouble, I contacted then again and heir support technician did again an excellent job and set it all up for me again. I had to do nothing.
Five stars is not enough. It is the best support service ever.
The APP is great!, lots of configurations. Great backoffice.
This is a review for the customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure the app was installed correctly and walk through all of my questions. They even stayed passed working hours to help. Really great. I am just now starting to use the app and will update this review when I have had experience with it.

This app is not very user friendly and very difficult/confusing to figure out configuration if you are not a coder. It is very difficult/confusing to even maintain if you even ended up hiring someone else to configure the app to your store for you. (which is what I did.) My shopify expert/professional coder couldn't even figure the app out without needing to reach out to the app developers to help all of us. I wish this was more user friendly for people who are not coders. I really want the function of auctioning on my website, this would be so amazing! I wish this app was as seamless and as user friendly as the app Shogun or something. This app has been a nightmare and a complete waste of money and time. I hope that they make this app more user friendly. I would love to give this app another try when they clean it up more, and I would be happy to change my review then! Because there is nothing I'd love more than a user friendly app for auctioning! It would really bring my business to the next level. Until then.....

Difficulties plugging into the online store. The count-down clock jumped around and shut down 5 minutes early at the end of the auction preventing smart, competitive bidders from getting their final bids in- this happened 2 times in a row.
I'm not sure what those comment are talking about with bad customer service. I have had this app for less than a week and have traded emails a number of times and always gotten a quick response (with the exception of over the weekend, but that seems reasonable). They even went in and installed some code for me that I couldn't figure out. The app is complicated but that's because you're making the website do something it isn't naturally designed to do. I am running an all day auction and this thing is working perfectly. Take some time to understand how its system work and it'll do what you need.
Neha, is the most patient, supportive Customer Service.. and I have installed successfully (out of the box) with their support. and it is a fantastic Auction app and the price is only $1.00 a day for 30 days in the month.. $30..
I love this app and I think it will bring a lot of customers to my site..
I see Webkul has other apps, I am interested in the marketplace app and the booking app. I am planning to use my own Domain Name.. and not the Temporary Domain Name provided by Shopify as listed here.
It works better than advertised in the video.

I am a user from Japan, and I feel that its setting will be very cumbersome. Then I started my trial. I did encounter problems, but I reported my problems to the development team. They actually did it within 2 days. Set it up for me according to my ideas! Not only the settings, but also helped me modify the location of the interface, fonts, etc. The service of this team is really great!
The app works and looks great on the website. I wish the coding instructions were up to date, they seem out dated and little difficult to follow. Making this automatic would help those who are not a computer savvy or familiar with coding. Customer Support has some opportunities. They are curt with responses and didn't really listen to the root cause of the issues. Both interactions were the same, I would ask a question and support keep sending the same link over and over. Eventually they reluctantly help me out and manually fix my problem. I'm thankful for that, but I don't want to contact support every time I need to put something up for auction. I have contacted them twice and the same interactions both times. Curt and with out patience. My last interaction, they were adamite about rating them IMMEDIATELY, and they would wait until I was done. When I told them I would, but not as this moment, they continued to push. This incident, in conjunction with the previous interactions was really off putting. We are keeping this for now, but I will be shopping around for other apps.
