This is a great app. It has all the features and functions we needed to create a fully-fledged auction site. There are a lot of configuration options at the backend, with lots of different settings and options available. I really like the built-in automated emails system, which are all editable in HTML and able to be set up with SMTP. It's also great in terms of the user profile, in that they can view their bids and complete the purchase of winning auctions. Would be good to have slightly more customisation options for the front-end design. Otherwise, it's clear there's a huge amount of work gone into making this. Thank you.

Had a rocky start, but stayed in communication with the Webkul folks, they figured out which part of their code was creating an error on our site - and they were quick to get it fixed and updated. I've found the interface is easy to use, and they have options that aren't included in any of the other auction apps - an essential bonus for us. Very happy to have this as part of our store now.

So very helpful - once we linked up with their live support team they handled all of our questions, put in a ticket for a change to be handled in the same day and were the best free resource. Highly highly recommend working straight with this team before asking a developer to do any work on the Product Auction app.
