Is this App in operation anymore? I am getting a 502 Error code

Great app & service.
Fantastic app and wonderful support. Wanted some custom coding done to change the aesthetic of our swatches. No issues at all. 1 example and 1 email later and it's sorted exactly how asked. Highly Recommend this app for swatches.
I have a set of products with all variations in colour, size and content has over 800 combinations.
With the maximum variants per product of 100, I can only run this on Shopify with this app, that allows each different colour and size to be a different Shopify product. Now only "Content" is my variant within 1 product. That is 5 to 8 variants per product, which is quite workable.
We have been using this app for a while and we really like it. However, it broke earlier and no one replied to our multiple emails, yet.
We are advertising and this is the time we really need this app. Wish you guys provide better support.

Can’t recommend this app enough if you run separate product pages for different colours. Also highly recommend purchasing their additional collection page implementation if you want it. Great support getting everything tweaked and adjusted just right!
