Excellent customer support over live chat and email. The team talked me through set up and when there was an issue, they resolved this and followed up within a few hours.
The app gives me exactly the flexibility required for customised products. Reasonably priced and would definitely recommend.

So far, this has exceeded my expectations. Compared to the app I use on my 'legacy' shop, this feels fast and well done.

I have had it downloaded for a couple of months now and I have only had very minimal issues (made by me) and when I do, the support team has helped me step by step figure out what I did wrong. As of now I can say I am very satisfied.

Reached out to the dev team to update a feature on the cart and they were very prompt and helpful. Resolved quickly. Deleting a paid add-on on the cart will now remove the personalized field details from the product (it used to leave it on the product, which led to confusion during fulfillment). Great service. This is a very useful app for us.
