Excellent customer support over live chat and email. The team talked me through set up and when there was an issue, they resolved this and followed up within a few hours.
The app gives me exactly the flexibility required for customised products. Reasonably priced and would definitely recommend.

We have been looking for an app that will do everything that this one does! So far it has exceeded our expectations and have been able to cancel 3 other apps that we have to update each time we add a product that needed a custom order item.
If in doubt please try them! Oh and customer service was super fast and easily fixed my issue!
I have had it downloaded for a couple of months now and I have only had very minimal issues (made by me) and when I do, the support team has helped me step by step figure out what I did wrong. As of now I can say I am very satisfied.
Reached out to the dev team to update a feature on the cart and they were very prompt and helpful. Resolved quickly. Deleting a paid add-on on the cart will now remove the personalized field details from the product (it used to leave it on the product, which led to confusion during fulfillment). Great service. This is a very useful app for us.
