Merchants highly recommend this app for its accordion-style dropdowns that enhance site navigation and clean up product pages by neatly organizing descriptions and FAQs. It offers extensive customization options to match store themes and ensures smooth functionality on both desktop and mobile. The app integrates well with Shopify themes and is easy to set up. Merchants also praise the responsive and efficient customer support team.
The support staff is really good. I needed the FAQ accordion widget on my collection pages apart from the product pages and their support team made that customization without breaking the sweat.
We had to finalize the exact location where to display this widget and all this while they made multiple changes to our request which was truly something. Their support staff went over and beyond to help us out.
