The Toggle Description app allows you to manage the appearance of long text on your site by adding customizable "show more" and "show less" links to text that exceeds a maximum number of words or characters. When users click on these links the text will be shown or collapsed. You can also convert text into tabs

Not possible to cancel in the app. When I emailed asking to cancel I got no response and then got billed again at the next billing date. Shame because app actually worked well and I used it for several years but no longer have a need for it.
Of course it is possible to cancel the app. You did so yourself.
Looking at our records:
1) we responded to your chat message 19 minutes after receiving it
2) we responded to your email 45 minutes after receiving it
And both messages were sent outside our normal business hours.
As our reviews show, we provide some of best support you will find.
3) "I got no response and then got billed again at the next billing date" this makes no sense. The app was uninstalled on June 8, 2026 at 7:00 am minutes after we replied to your support messages and email. How long after receiving the messages must we reply for you not to get "billed again at the next billing date"? 1 minute after instead of 19 and 45 minutes after? If we replied 1 second after the billing would have been exactly the same. It's completely unrelated to our reply time.
Furthermore we do not control billing. This is done by Shopify but we do have the ability to issue a refund. If you want a refund: contact our support team.
Really good service. They help me with translation and custom developing, it was really good service. Application is maybe little "old school" but it does what it need. If you want to develope your descriptions this is good application. Jerry / Tyyni Earplugs
Top marks for this app, exactly what we needed for our site. Twice in quick succession I have reached out to these guys because of minor issues (to do with out theme) both times, Tim, got in touch very quickly and sorted things out for me even quicker. Thanks Tim!
