VOL Product Fees & Surcharges has been exactly what we were looking for. We needed to apply different fee amounts based on specific products and customer locations, and the app gave us the flexibility to create separate fee rules using both product filters and country filters.

So my learning experience with Shopify thought me all themes are different and handle apps different. I reached out to the built in chat support and immediately got a response. The developer worked through all the issues of theme compatibility and also done some coding issues on the theme to make things look better. I am very grateful. The app itself is quite powerful with many options. I think you should give this one a go and let them help you fix any buggy issues you come across.
