Sami Product Labels & Badges

App works like expected, lot of customization options for non-developers is a big plus. Also, I must emphasize their customer service chat inside the app is great experience. I had a problem that was solved in 5 min without waiting for them to get back to me. Really nice experience. Thank you Haley from Samita. :D

We’ve been using this app to create product labels and callouts, and it’s been fantastic!

What truly stood out was their customer service. We encountered two important issues while setting up, but the support team was incredibly prompt—both were resolved within 15 minutes of reaching out! It’s rare to find such an efficient response.

Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to add impactful product labels to their store with confidence that you’ll be supported along the way.

Initially worked perfectly, but soon the only badge I had setup (and set to only show on products in a single collection) began showing up on nearly every image across our store, including on non product pages, blogs, and even the logo on our site's header, spreading like a cancer.

Support was disappointing. As a US customer they are not available during working hours. After supplying multiple screenshots, and leaving the badge up overnight for them to investigate (leaving the issue to continue to show for customers), they had made absolutely no progress by the next morning, and just asked for more screenshots. I was not willing to continue displaying the badge and let this issue continue to plague our store in order for them to continue to investigate, as I was not confident they would be able to find a solution expediently, especially for such a simple function that many other apps could perform.

Now I am getting an "unexpected error" when attempting to modify this badge and/or create a new one, making the app unusable, across multiple browsers. Support's only suggestion was to clear my cache, and then asked me to wait until the next working day for a developer to look into the problem, as they were offline as of 10am MST. Uninstalled across our three shopify sites, and disappointed.

I really love this app. It is easy to use and you can customize a lot. It also looks really good and professional. The support is also extremely quick and helpful. Highly recommend.

The app does what we want it to do. We have added badges on our product pages to show Best Sellers, Non-Returnable and Quick Ship items which we believe is helping us score more sales and bringing in more trust to our brand.

Fantastic app, simple to use but highly customisable.

We had a small coding conflict issue with our sale banners but Haley on the livechat support was fast and efficient at sending this to the developers to be fixed within 15 minutes.

App is very useful, can be glitchy and not always appear where you need the labels - but customer service are very helpful and always fix the issues that arise.

Using the app for almost a year has been great! Support is always fast and excellent. Haley has been especially helpful—quick and clear with solutions. Highly recommend!
