A product customizer that keeps working after install day. Swatches, text fields and dropdowns render from a theme app extension, so a theme update cannot drop them. A swatch takes a hex code or one of your own product photos. Required options are checked by a Shopify function on Shopify's own servers, which covers Shop Pay and Apple Pay, and fails open so an outage never blocks a sale. Every order is audited: if one arrives without a value you require, the app names it and links you to it.
