Setting up was relatively easy and the app works well so far. The basic subscription offers just enough for a small company needing to have some official product registration process and I like that the form is customisable. I would have benefited from better YouTube support videos and some of the UX on the app is not quite as intuitive as it could be but that will all come with time I'm sure. ...
