I'm not enjoying using this app at all. I asked a question on Live Chat and didn't get an answer. I set it to get an email when a customer reviews a product, the emails don't arrive. Today the app won't even load. There is an issue where some of my reviews are showing as Pending PII, it looks awful on my website and I can't get an answer from them on how to sort this. I'm thinking of deleting this app but I don't want to lose the reviews I've got. Could someone please get in touch with me?
