Enttäuschend – kein Support, Funktionen unvollständig

Ich habe die App Product XML Import by ProXI für 59 € gekauft und bin sehr unzufrieden. Der Support meldet sich nicht zurück, es gibt auch keinen Live-Support. Trotz Versprechungen werden keine EANs oder Herstellerdaten geladen und auch keine Varianten (Farben etc.) erstellt.

Ich habe den Kauf bereut und möchte mein Geld zurück. Leider bisher keine Reaktion vom Anbieter.

Hello, We responded to your support request via email on October 7th, but we haven’t received a reply from you. We also tried to reach you again by email on October 10th. Our app includes a live chat feature to provide faster support, but we haven’t received any messages from you there either. Could you please review the emails we sent and get back to us? We’re trying every possible way to contact you and resolve your issue, and we’re currently waiting for your response.

Tüm veri aktarım süreci inanılmaz derecede akıcı ve basitti. Sorunsuz çalışması ve başka yazılımlara kıyasla kullanışlı olması bakımından zaman yönetimine katkısı çok büyük. Özellikle müşteri destek kısmından çok memnunum küçük sorunlarımda bile hemen yardımcı oldular. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

Product XML Import to jedno z najlepszych narzędzi, z jakich korzystałem na Shopify. Bez problemu zaimportowałem dane z hurtowni (ponad 10 000 produktów) i utrzymuję ich aktualność. Obsługa na chacie jest wzorowa - szybko reagują i przygotowali dla mnie niestandardowe reguły, które realnie poprawiły jakość mojej pracy (mniej ręcznych poprawek, lepsze uporządkowanie danych). Wybrałem najwyższy pakiet Enterprise i uważam, że jest wart swojej ceny. Polecam każdemu sklepowi pracującemu na dużych feedach. Oby utrzymali obecną jakość - wtedy zostaję z nimi na długo.
