Such a lifesaver for bulk edits!
I was completely stuck trying to add new size variants in bulk, and the support team patiently walked me through everything step by step. They were responsive, kind, and actually human, which is rare these days. Once I understood how it worked, it was super easy and saved me hours of manual editing.
Same archaic approach where you have to remove and add tags individually in bulk, not like a spreadsheet So it's not intuitive.
They offer a free plan despite it not being an option when you sign up. And in the plan settings, there is no way to downgrade to the free plan or cancel the subscription.

1. Billing & Free Trial: I want to clarify that the app includes a 14-day free trial. You can use the app as much as you want during this period to test if it fits your needs. If you don't like it, you can simply uninstall it (or cancel) before the trial ends, and you will not be charged anything.
2. Features: You are absolutely right that we don't have a spreadsheet-style interface yet. We do offer bulk editing to manage tags, but I understand your point about it not being intuitive enough for your workflow. I have noted this feedback for future updates.
A humble request: Since the billing issue was a major concern in your review, and I have confirmed that you will not be charged, would you be open to reconsidering or removing your 1-star rating? As a developer, these reviews impact us significantly, and I would appreciate it if the rating reflected the app's functionality rather than a billing misunderstanding.

very helpful and time saving, does have some minor glitches like it will random delete your saved bulk actions

We want you to know that it is not deleted randomly. Your plan backup is valid for 60 days. Any bulk action that has been completed for 60 days will be automatically deleted.
