We’d like to kindly clarify that this may be a misunderstanding. Our app, Promer AI Ads Creative / Meta Ad, is designed strictly to generate ad images and simple ad animations. It does not integrate with your storefront, does not inject any code or JavaScript, and has no involvement with your checkout or product page processes. Because of this, it would not be able to create code conflicts, leave scripts behind, or impact performance metrics such as INP.

We’ve also reviewed your usage and saw that the app was only used briefly for generating ad creatives, with no deeper interaction with your store.

Because of this, the situation you described doesn’t seem to match how our app works. It’s possible the experience may be related to a different app.
