This app earns a 5/5 rating from me despite one current limitation. The customer service is outstanding—they are incredibly responsive and proactive in resolving issues. The app is also highly intuitive and effective, producing excellent results with minimal effort. While I was hoping to use it for 19:6 Shopify banners, which isn't available yet, the company immediately offered a refund and promised to notify me when the feature launches. Their excellent service and the app's overall performance make it a great choice.

I ran into a slight issue with ad generation, I reached out to Promer support and quickly received a response from Julie, who in turn forwarded the issue to Ricky. The issue was fixed in a timely manner. Very pleased with their quick responses and how they focus on immediately resolving issues that come about. I highly recommend this app.

I had a demo on Creative with Ricky on to create ads with products, he demonstrates the ads creation, and then I created an ad with products from my store. It was easy to create ads with Ricky assistance. He is knowledgeable, patient, respectful. I will use Creative studio to create more ads for my products, the creation is friendly use. Germaine
