I was kinda expecting another overhyped ai app tbh but this one actually works better than i thought. setup took like few minutes and it just started answering stuff from our store without us doing much. Most answers are fine, sometimes it goes a bit off if question is too specific but nothing crazy. I like that it shows products in cards instead of just boring text replies. Support also replied pretty quick when we had issue. overall it just saves us time on support so we liked it a lot - tottaly our choice
