Just started using this on my phone case store. Easy to set up, no headaches.

We’ve been using this app for our store and it has been a really good addition. Setup was simple, and it did not take long to get the shipping protection showing the way we wanted. I like that we can keep the protection fees ourselves instead of sending that money to a third party.

The support team has also been great. Whenever I had a question, they replied quickly and helped me sort things out without making it complicated.

The biggest hidden benefit of this app isn’t even the extra revenue—it’s saving our payment gateway accounts. Anyone doing real volume knows that PayPal or Stripe disputes are a total nightmare. Before, if a package got lost or damaged, we’d end up in a frustrating back-and-forth email chain with the buyer over whose fault it was. Half the time, the customer would just get impatient and open a PayPal dispute, which totally tanked our account health and led to temporary fund holds. Protectify completely changed this dynamic for us. Now, buyers simply add the protection at checkout, and we collect those fees to build our own safety net. When an issue happens now, we don’t argue with the customer anymore. We just instantly reship or resolve it using that extra revenue we collected. The buyers are thrilled by the fast resolution, and our PayPal dispute rate has literally dropped to near zero. It saves us hours of customer service headaches and keeps our merchant accounts in perfect standing. Super easy to install, no code required.
