Fantastic customer service and IT team at Protect My Order. Excellent response times to inquiries. They handled the installation for me and made sure everything worked perfectly before launch. Seamless integration, increased customer confidence, and a way to help offset the ever-rising costs of shipping and insurance.
I made the change over to PMO and instantly noticed customers feeling more secure with their purchase. With the other shipment protection apps out there, PMO seems to be the only one that the merchant is entitled to a portion of the revenue as well. Instant increase in aov and a super simple setup.
The ProtectMyOrder app is really good to increase your margins. . The team were excellent at getting everything setup for us, and developers have a great understanding of your store and their own app to ensure it works in all contexts.
