ProtectMyOrder is a lucrative stream of income for my business. In the past year it has generated £10-15K in profit with an average opt-in of 45%.

The support is excellent and the team set it all up.

I made the change over to PMO and instantly noticed customers feeling more secure with their purchase. With the other shipment protection apps out there, PMO seems to be the only one that the merchant is entitled to a portion of the revenue as well. Instant increase in aov and a super simple setup.

The ProtectMyOrder app is really good to increase your margins. . The team were excellent at getting everything setup for us, and developers have a great understanding of your store and their own app to ensure it works in all contexts. We've been seeing a strong increase in revenue, as well as zero complaints from customers about the app, so we would 100% recommend this app.

This app has been such an amazing addition to our website, it helps out customers feel more secure, particularly our large international customer base, and has also allowed increased our revenue so we can easily solve issues when they arise.

Particularly for us, as we are a retailer not a manufacturer, it means we don't need to wait on our brands permission/ support to replace faulty items. It also means we do not have to wait on postal carriers getting back to us when parcels go missing which can be really tedious.

I would highly recommend this to all online stores, it's a great feature.

Came across this app through Shopify App Store Research Panel - Was pleasantly surprised by finding an app that solved our issue of securing customer deliveries. From the moment it was installed (took less than 5 minutes) customers were engaging with it and adding it to their cart. Couldn't be happier. 5* all the way!

We have been dealing with a couple of shipping protection companies, we ended up filing claims for our customers and doing research before asking our customers to reach out to the company. With ProtectMyOrder we are able to keep the revenue for the work we are already doing, we do not have to discuss and rely on somebody else to decide if to accept or deny a claim. The dev teams worked quickly to have the gadget up.
