We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

We did respond to your emails and were awaiting further information and screenshots from your side to help us investigate why the app was not displaying your products correctly. Unfortunately, without those details, we were unable to diagnose the issue effectively since we have never experienced this same issue with any of our customers.

Additionally, we did try to replicate the same at our end, however, it works fine for us.

Could you please share a few screenshots so that our team can review adn resolve?
