Stocky is gone. Provido is the replacement for the two things it did that nothing else has: forecasting and purchase orders. It reads twelve months of sales history and forecasts demand for every variant at every location. The maths is deterministic rather than AI, so the same numbers always give the same answer and every reorder shows its working. Orders are grouped by supplier and drafted for you, and nothing sends without your approval. Your Stocky supplier CSV imports directly.

One thing I really like about Provido is that it doesn't just tell us what to reorder — it explains why. Being able to see things like demand, stock cover and reorder points makes the recommendations much easier to understand and trust. For us, that's much more useful than having a black-box forecast where we're just expected to accept the suggested quantity.

The forecasting is probably my favourite part of Provido. Instead of just looking at current stock levels, we can see suggested replenishment quantities based on our sales history. Having the forecast available by product and location makes it much easier to plan ahead rather than constantly reacting when something gets low. It's become a useful part of our inventory routine.

Thanks. Planning ahead rather than reacting when something gets low is the whole point of it, so that is good to hear.

Two days in, the one thing worth checking is your supplier lead times. Anything not set by hand sits on a fourteen day default, and lead time is the largest term in every replenishment quantity you are looking at. The Why panel on any recommendation shows which lead time it used.

Provido has simplified our purchasing process quite a bit. It identifies the products that need replenishing and groups purchase orders by supplier, which saves us a lot of manual work. I also like that the orders don't just get sent automatically — we can review everything and approve it first. That gives us automation without feeling like we've lost control.

Thanks. The approval step was a deliberate call, so it is useful to hear it reads the way it was meant to.

Nothing sends without you, and there is a sixty second window to pull a purchase order back after you approve it. That exists because sending a supplier the wrong order is the one mistake this app must never make.
