I cannot recommend this app based on my experience.

The integration with Shopify never worked correctly despite months of trying to resolve the issues. I spent considerable time working with support, and although they were responsive, the underlying problems were never fixed.

In June, I requested that my account be canceled and was told it would be taken care of. However, the account remained active, and I continued to be billed month after month. Having to repeatedly request cancellation while continuing to be charged is unacceptable.

If the company resolves the billing issues and improves the reliability of the app, I would be willing to update this review. Until then, I cannot recommend paying for a service that did not work as advertised and continued billing after a cancellation request.
