Thanks to the pulpo team for the quick onboarding. We’ve got a ton of different products in our warehouse, and keeping track of all the stock used to be very difficult. Since we started using this WMS for shopify, things have gotten a lot easier. We have tried several alternatives to improve our e-commerce inventory management but in terms of shopify warehouse management this tool has the best cost-benefit in my opinion. I like the automated replenishment and multi-order picking. Saves me a lot of time. One constructive feedback though is that more direct integrations to some niche marketplaces would be useful.

Writing this because of the great support received recently by the Pulpo team and the general help we have received in improving our warehousing and inventory tracking. The app was specially useful for our recent general inventory counting at the end of 2022. We did find some surprises in terms of inventory transparency thanks to this system but at the end of the day that helps with accounting and avoiding out of stock or overselling issue. Great features and fair pricing compared to solutions with a comparable scope. Most other Shopify Apps we looked at seem to be limited to inventory management and not help a lot when it comes to actual moving and storing goods inside a physical warehouse. For managing warehouse staff this tool has been a game changer.
The Shopify synchronisation works very good. As a constructive suggestion: The DEAR integration would be a nice to have.
Thomas, Johannes, and the rest of the team have been amazing to work with- before fully "launching" we had several meetings to ensure understanding of the program, what my needs were, and how best to utilize PULPO for efficiency and record-keeping. There are constantly updates (read more as "upgrades") to the service that are communicated promptly, and they are always open to feature requests to add to the development map! PULPO has definitely saved me many headaches about keeping track of inventory for my online store, POS sales, and more! As our business and inventory grow, PULPO allows for increased efficiency in receiving, pulling, and packing orders through every step of the fulfillment process - highly recommended, even for small businesses!
Thanks from the great support and the great app. I was looking for documentation after installing the app for our warehouse layout configuration, product rules, positions and barcodes and received excellent and quick help from the pulpo wms team. I also like the reports! Keep up the good work.
We use PULPO WMS to manage our functional cosmetics warehouse. We can keep track of lot numbers which is mandatory in our market. The app was easy to learn how to use for our staff. The setup was straight forward and the support has been good so far. We definitely increased productivity in order processing. Control of stocks improved a lot. The FEFO, first expiration, first out rule is great. They could improve by having the app in Portuguese too. I feel that that is missing.
Quick to configure and good mobile app usability for warehouse workers in different languages. We're able to send out more and faster orders to our customers. Works great with both our perishable and non-perishable goods. We've had good support from Simon and the whole team at PULPO. My only suggestion at the moment is about their discounts, they should offer greater discounts for multi-year contracts.
The team of Pulpo showed us great support with general onboarding and adjustments to our requirements. We use Pulpo WMS for basically all inventory related actions in our warehouses (inbound, inventory management, counting, inventory movements, picking&packing, etc.). For us it is very valuable to have one system that covers warehouse management and fulfillment in one, allows to manage a warehouse with its own zoning logic and have a reliable contact person on hand to support us through our journey.
Wir können endlich mehrere Bestellungen gleichzeitig kommissionieren mit der App ohne die Order ausdrucken zu müssen. Einige Leute bei uns im Lager arbeiten Teilzeit und haben wenig Training. Die Pulpo App vermeidet da Fehler und spart Zeit weil wir nicht mehr manuel soviel eingeben müssen. Leider konnten wir nicht unsere mehrstufigen Bundles (Bundles die aus Bundles bestehen) in PULPO abbilden. Wir müssen diese ad-hoc mit der Kitting Funktionalität kommissionieren.
